Our Code of Practice

We are committed to providing customers with high quality water and standards of service.  Our aim is to ensure your use and enjoyment of our water remains problem-free. It is also a regulatory requirement for us to have and publish a Code of Practice for Domestic Customers.  This comprises a suite of leaflets which are listed below.

It is also a requirement that as part of the Code we provide customers with some more general information about how we operate as part of the UK Water Industry.  The other pages in this section provide this general information or it can be downloaded on our separate Code Of Practice Factsheet (pdf).
