SES Home Services can be contacted on 0208 722 7004/5.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm, with a 24 hour emergency service.

Housing association queries

From 1 April 2018 a housing association repatriation took place which means customers now need to pay their housing association for rent charges and SES Water for water charges separately instead of in the same bill.
