In order for us to carry out essential maintenance work on our water mains network, we have to make excavations in the public highway.
'Your Water' is Sutton and East Surrey Water's customer newsletter.
Sutton and East Surrey Water and it's predecessors have been recording data on the amount of rainfall since 1910. The recording site is at our Head Office in Redhill.
At a public meeting in Blindley Heath on 24 October 2008, we announced that we proposed to abandon the three trunk water mains in the A22 that had burst a total of three times that year.
