Submit your meter reading
If you have received an estimated bill from us and would like to send us your own reading, please complete and submit the form below.
Reading your meter
Most meters are fitted in an underground plastic box which includes the stopcock. You can read the meter at any time by lifting the lid. The current reading is shown under the transparent panel on the top of the meter.
The black figures are the important ones – they are used to calculate your bill. The red figures are not used for billing purposes. For example, if the reading is:
000432189 or 43.2189 cubic metres, for billing purposes we would record 43 cubic meters. So, when submitting your reading please only submit the black figures.

Alternatively, you can use your own email software to send us your reading by clicking here. In addition to the meter reading, please ensure you include your Customer Account Number, Your full name, and the date on which you read the meter.
