We aim to meet the needs of all our customers but for those who are elderly, disabled or particularly vulnerable we make special arrangements.

The services we offer are listed below, or for more detailed information about any of these special services please refer to our fact sheet (pdf).

  • Individual notification in emergencies
    For vulnerable customers in emergencies.
     
  • Braille or large print bills
    For the blind or partially sighted.
     
  • Documents on CD
    For the blind, partially sighted or those with reading difficulties.
     
  • Individual passwords
    How to set up a password to protect from bogus callers.  For further information see the link at the bottom of the page.
     
  • Typetalk service
    For customers with hearing difficulties.
     
  • Disabled and elderly customers
    A nominee contact service for customers who are elderly.
