Should you report the leak to Sutton and East Surrey Water?
That depends on who's responsible for the pipe. If you're unsure about who's responsible then click here to see the relevant page in our 'charter' which explains this.

Are you a Domestic customer?
If the property supplied is your only residence and is used solely for domestic purposes you may be entitled to use our Domestic leak detection and repair scheme. This scheme has strict Terms and Conditions and is not available to all of our customers. To find out if it is available to you please see our Domestic leak detection and repair scheme .

If you ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the pipe then during office hours please contact us as soon as possible and report the leak.
