Pay your bill online by debit or credit card

You can use our secure online form to pay the outstanding balance of your bill or the agreed monthly instalment.

The service is free, can be used with both credit and debit cards and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please allow two working days for your payment to reach us.

To make an online payment you will need to provide your:

• Customer account number; and
• The postcode of the property that you are paying the bill for;
• Your payment card details, including the 3-digit security number on the back of the card.

Your customer account number and the postcode are provided on the bill or reminder notice we have sent to you.
