Whether you're paying the whole bill or the agreed monthly instalment, you can do it right here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The service is free and can be used with all major credit and debit cards (excluding Diners Club and American Express). All you need is:
- Your customer account number (shown on your bill)
- The postcode of the property you're paying the bill for, and
- Your payment card details, including the three-digit security number on the back of the card.
Your peace of mind
When you've made the payment, you will be able to print out a confirmation page for your records. If you make a mistake in entering your details, or do not get a confirmation page, simply contact our Customer Services team on 01737 772000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your payment card details have been validated and authorised by your card company, your payment should be processed within two working days and you will receive a confirmation email from us. Safe and Secure
Your payment details are directly processed by the Payment Management division of Capita Software Services, a leading provider of secure online payments services to local government, and are not collected or accessible by Sutton and East Surrey Water. Capita Software Services' online payment solutions are independently assessed and the company is certified by Visa Europe as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor. All online card payments are protected by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits, which is the highest level commercially available.
