Customers can pay in cash free of charge at any branch of Lloyds Bank in the company's area of supply. Other banks will make a charge if you do not have an account with them.

You will need to fill out your payment slip and take it with you. If paying by cheque or postal order, make it payable to 'Sutton and East Surrey Water plc' and write your customer account number on the back.

If you pay at a Post Office (cash only), please remember to ask for a receipt. The Post Office will charge you their processing fee.
