Based on a ruling by the Information Commissioner in March 2010, subsequently ratified by the Information Tribunal in December 2010, we are not considered a Public Authority under the terms of these Regulations.  We are therefore fully within our rights to reject any associated request for disclosure of information.

Notwithstanding the above, we have formulated a policy that will enable suitable information to be disclosed on a voluntary basis where we consider a request appropriate.  The details of this policy and our terms for providing it are included on our Fact Sheet.
