Water meters

  • You do not have a water meter at your premises but would like to have one
  • What to do if you wish to fit your own data logger to our water meter


 


We recognise that many of our business customers need to fit data logging devices to our water meters so that they are in control of their water consumption. That's why we've made the process as straightforward as possible.

All the information about the process is contained in our Fact Sheet for customers wishing to fit telemetry to a water meter. 

Most commercial premises are billed by volume as we have a water meter to measure the amount of water used. If your premises is not metered and you would like it to be, you are entitled to request us to fit a meter at your premises. However, we are entitled to charge for this. Our latest charges for meter installations are included in our current charging scheme (pdf).
