85 per cent of our water comes from deep aquifers fed through the chalk in the North Downs or large deposits of greensand in our supply area. This raw groundwater is high quality, as it has been naturally filtered.

Our boreholes are sunk into these aquifers at depths of between 90-180 metres. The groundwater is pumped to the surface and nearest treatment works.
