Sutton and East Surrey Water

Introduction

In November 2009, Ofwat set limits on the prices that water and sewerage companies in England and Wales can charge during the five year period 2010-2015. As part of that process, each company submits a Business Plan to Ofwat setting out information requested by Ofwat to help inform their determination of prices.

This document is the Company's Business Plan for that five year period. It comprises an Executive Summary, the Company Strategy, Key Components and Supporting Information, setting out how the Company proposes to continue to deliver a good service to customers, and meet its statutory obligations, over the next 5 years. The Business Plan is set within the longer term context of our 25 year Strategic Direction Statement (pdf). It also gives an indication of the effect that our proposals will have on average prices.
